At SHOEZ, we want your new footwear to be the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing the box securely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
